Photos deceive, parking away from the hotel, expensive and difficult to find free parking, rooms stink
The air conditioning in the rooms and contaminated by the strong smell of cooking, mainly grilled meat and fried oil / fish, you can not keep the windows open and the staff will do everything to say that it is not so, noisy

Gem on Trogir Riva
Wonderful small boutique hotel right on the Riva in the middle of everything with harbor water views. Pros Location is terrific – right on the Riva. Very safe. Can walk to everything (Trogir is small). Vinka at the front desk reception is very helpful Generally clean, although the carpeting is worn and could use replacement Bathroom lighting and shower water pressure are fine Bed is comfortable for sleeping and blackout curtains help you sleep AC works very well Large storage closet with shelves and hanging area for clothes Minuses Carpet is old and worn; does not get clean; ugly gray Lighting in room is minimal and at night it is far too dark Mini frig now is full of hotel minibar beverages; have to remove to make room for your own Coffee station set up is on top of frig, taking up the only shelf / counter space. Very in the way. Only one bench for a suitcase; no luggage racks and no space for other suitcase storage and use It is hard to get them to give you a second key No Kleenex No elevator; only stairs

Perfect location
Nikolina was at the reception, she greeted us with a nice smile, and we immediately felt welcomed. She was kind & helpful. The hotel was in the perfect location while we toured the island. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

Very historic trip
Very good hotel for short holidays Well placed for restaurants and shops May have chosen a larger room with a seating area if we had known that there was no where really to sit other than your room Lovely staff especially Danielle Air conditioning very good in bedroom and bed was very comfortable Lots to see in Trogir

Trip to Trogir
We would highly recommend the XII Century Hotel. The views were incredible. The location fantastic!! The rooms were spacious for European standards. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms well appointed with amenities. Restaurants and bars right outside the doors. What's not to like...

Awesome stay at XII Century Hotel
Extremely well put together comfortable place to stay. Close to all action and amenities. The people are great. I will be back. The food was great. It’s great to walk everywhere and the church is stunning. Enjoyed the markets, the promenade, the restaurants, the shops, the culture, all expectations met at the highest standard.

Not at the standard it should be...
I booked this hotel for 1 night after Easyjet left me stranded overnight. I spent a little bit more thinking it would be comfortable after a stressful airport experience and this hotel is not where it should be given the luxury rate. I arrived in a room infested with mosquitoes and the desk didn't have a working plug to offer me... Needless to say I didn't have the best night's sleep.The sheets had holes in them and the mattress was not comfortable. Lastly, the upstairs room sound insulation was non-existent and I could hear people arguing at 6am. Breakfast is not included for the "cheaper" rooms either. Overall a poor experience.

Special hotel right on the Riva
The XII Century Heritage hotel is amazing. We have stayed here every year for the last few nights of our month in Croatia. Trogir is very special and one of my favorite places - it is tiny, magical, historic, relaxing, and special. This hotel is the perfect hotel for Trogir. Small, perfectly clean, right on the Riva, great AC, professional and helpful staff, and close to the airport. The only drawback is hearing the planes fly over, looking up and knowing that very soon I'll be on one of those and away from wonderful Trogir. The one thing to know is that there is no breakfast, but there are several places nearby to find breakfast.

Flott beliggenhet. En gammel bygning som dette har mye sjarm, men selvsagt også noen begrensninger. Hadde rom med sjøutsikt. Rommet var flott og rent. Badet var stort og fint. Fantastisk personale. De finner løsninger dersom det finnes løsninger. De svarer raskt på spørsmål skriftlig og muntlig før ankomst, under oppholdet og ved avreise. Det er selvsagt en utfordring at det ikke er heis, men personalet tilbyr hjelp med bagasjen dersom du trenger det. Si gjerne fra på forhånd. Personalet tilbyr hjelp med å frakte bagasjen til og fra parkeringen dersom du sier fra på forhånd. Frokostserveringen på restauranten utenfor fungerte fint.

Excellent Hotel!!
Excellent Hotel! this was my first time to Trogir. The staff was great! they answered all my questions and accommodated all my request. The Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The Hotel location is right on the Riva. Could not ask for a better spot! Trogir is an Amazing little town with Amazing Food, Culture and People. I spent time in Trogir but also traveled out to other places and back at night. The water taxis, road taxis, uber & car rentals make it easy to travel to nearby locations for day trips. I highly recommend staying here! Thank You to all the staff for making me feel so welcome and comfortable! I'll be back!
